Molly did such an amazing job on a picture I waited 15 years to get done. I just never found the right person to the job for me. As soon as I asked Molly if she would be able to go this for me, it was finished in just a few days. If you don’t know the story behind this picture, our son had a rare form of bone cancer and had to have his tibia removed from his knee to his ankle... The recovery was about a year. In this picture, it was the first time he had walked without a brace or anything. I took the picture of him walking on the beach in Hawaii. It wasn’t until we got home that I noticed that there was only one set of footprints in the sand. I cried because I knew that God was still carrying him.

I have known Molly for years, first as a student in High School and then having the opportunity to watch her succeed in each endeavor she chooses. Molly is a creative, dedicated designer and has a work ethic than proves her worth. Molly not only paid off her school loans, but those of her dear sister - not something you see every day! I have had the privilege of witnessing her long hours of dedicated work, her ability to rise above obstacles and her motivated manner to succeed. Molly was an integral part of the program I was in charge of, giving both functional help and helping my program to be organizationally successful. Often in attempting to plan a project I would turn to Molly to help encapsulate all of the variations and assure that my team was properly suited up for a successful outcome. The outcome for the success of both my team and the organization was in part a direct reflection of Ms. Boatman's abilities and dedication to the entire organization as well as her attention to detail that my team needed.

I have worked with Molly on multiple projects in both a personal and professional manner. As Museum Director, I have worked with Molly on projects for the Clinton County History Center located in Wilmington Ohio. Personally, I have watched Molly's hard work and talent grow for over ten years into her current role as a graphic designer and local, small-business entrepreneur! Professionally, in 2019, Molly generously offered her talent to benefit the non-profit museum I work at. She is the History Center's Volunteer Multimedia Specialist and has assisted us on projects such as website management / maintenance, social media platform development, professional staff headshots, brand recognition, as well as advertisement with local media outlets through print, digital, and social media. 

Simply put, the Center would not be as externally professional and well known if not for Molly. She is a pleasure to work with professionally and has always provided a willingness to help our organization on multiple fronts.
